Drawings: Nude Studies

These are drawings done of the nude models that came to our class to pose. It was a fantastic learning experience - the human body gives a vastly different impression when it isn't draped in cloth. There are so many unexpected odd little lines, shadows, contours and shapes to the human form that are often glossed over or hidden. Charcoal on newsprint.
